  • Please allow up to 6 weeks lead time. Some products may have a shorter lead time of 1-2 weeks.
  • Sales tax will be applied to orders in California and New Jersey.

      Return Policy

      Ohmni Robots are proudly built in Silicon Valley, California. In the unlikely event the product you received is not what you expected, please review our return policy below.

      Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date by emailing our team at support@ohmnilabs.com.

      For returns and exchanges of physical products, Customers are responsible for the shipping cost. In case of a refund, OhmniLabs will deduct a 15% restocking fee based on the original MSRP. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. All Ohmni hardware products must be returned in their original packaging to obtain a refund. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after OhmniLabs receives the product.

      Refunds are not offered for the purchase of digital products such as Ohmni Developer License or Ohmni Cloud Solutions. If a downgrade or cancellation for a digital product is requested while within the subscription period, OhmniLabs will pro-rate the remaining balance on the account and hold it for your team as a credit. That credit can be applied to future purchases of OhmniLabs product(s).

      Custom orders, including custom covers, are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Standard Warranty

      We take great pride in our Ohmni Robots and offer a 1-year warranty starting on the shipment date.

      If a hardware failure is diagnosed out of the box, or Dead on Arrival (DOA), OhmniLabs will supply replacement parts or a replacement unit, depending on the complexity, timeline, and the Customer's preference for resolution, all at no cost to the customer.

      If a hardware failure is diagnosed after the robot has been in operation, OhmniLabs will supply replacement parts and instructions at no cost to the Customer. 

      If the failure cannot be resolved, the Customer can return the product to OhmniLabs for repair, covering the return shipping cost. 

      After the repair is completed, OhmniLabs will ship the product back to the Customer at no charge for service, labor, or return shipping.

      Determining whether a failure is covered will be at OhmniLabs' discretion. Failures not covered include, but are not limited to, damage due to misuse or mishandling such as driving downstairs, physically riding on the robot, liquid spills, exposure to high heat, misused or altered power cables, and falls.

      Extended Warranty

      For additional protection, within 30 days of the shipping date of a new Ohmni Robot, you can purchase an Extended Warranty to cover your robot and included accessories for a total of three years from the date of shipment.

      If a hardware failure is diagnosed out of the box, or Dead on Arrival (DOA), OhmniLabs will supply replacement parts or a replacement unit, depending on the complexity, timeline, and the Customer's preference for resolution, all at no cost to the Customer.

      If a hardware failure is diagnosed after the robot has been in operation, OhmniLabs will supply replacement parts and instructions at no cost to the Customer.

      The Custom Ohmni Robot, Ohmni Developer Edition, Custom Ohmni Developer Edition, and robots with an Ohmni Developer License are excluded from coverage by the Extended Warranty. If an Ohmni Developer License is purchased for a robot under an existing Extended Warranty plan, the plan will be voided.
