Return Policy

Ohmni robots are proudly built in Silicon Valley, California. We run clusters of our own custom-designed and built 3D printers and automation/management software that lets us crank out hundreds of kilograms of plastic parts a month. We get engineering tolerances, incredible wall finish, and the ability for our customers to customize Ohmni's color or shape in any quantity.

We also assemble in-house with our assembly bay less than 20 feet away from where the parts are printed. Every engineer is also cross-trained on production engineering. This tight vertical integration ensures that we solve problems at the most efficient level and to ensure they’re designed for your needs. However, in the unlikely event, the Ohmni you received is not what you expected please review our return policy below,

Start your return or exchange process by emailing our team at within 14 days of the delivery date. For all return and exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. In case of a refund, we’ll charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping/handling. Refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days after we receive the product.

Custom orders, including custom covers, are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Extended Warranty

Each Ohmni comes with its hardware and software warrantied for 1 year from date of shipment. Within 30 days of purchasing a new Ohmni, you can also purchase an Extended Warranty at $495 (U.S. only) to cover your robot and included accessories for the total of 3 years from the date of shipment.

If a hardware failure is diagnosed out of the box (DOA), the failed unit will be exchanged for a new robot or accessory.

If a failure is diagnosed after the robot has been in operation, a replacement part and instructions will be supplied or if the failure is not field replaceable, the buyer returns the failed unit to the factory for repair.

Software problems will be rectified with a software update pushed to the robot.

Not covered: Damage due to misuse or mishandling including driving down stairs, riding on the robot, liquid spills, misused power cables, falls, etc.
