Return Policy

Ohmni robots are proudly built in Silicon Valley, California. We run clusters of our own custom-designed and built 3D printers and automation/management software that lets us crank out hundreds of kilograms of plastic parts a month. We get engineering tolerances, incredible wall finish, and the ability for our customers to customize Ohmni's color or shape in any quantity.

We also assemble in-house with our assembly bay less than 20 feet away from where the parts are printed. Every engineer is also cross-trained on production engineering. This tight vertical integration ensures that we solve problems at the most efficient level and to ensure they’re designed for your needs. However, in the unlikely event, the Ohmni you received is not what you expected please review our return policy below.

Start your return or exchange process by emailing our team at support@ohmnilabs.com within 14 days of the delivery date. For all return and exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. In case of a refund, we’ll charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping/handling. Refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days after we receive the product.

Custom orders, including custom covers, are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ohmni Standard Warranty

We take great pride in our Ohmni robots, and it ensures that Ohmni is useful for its users Ohmni comes with its hardware and software warrantied for a 1-year period from the date of shipment.

  • If a hardware failure is diagnosed out of the box, or Dead on Arrival (DOA), OhmniLabs will either supply replacement parts or a replacement unit depending on the complexity, timeline, and buyer preference of the resolution all at no cost to the Buyer.
  • If a hardware failure is diagnosed after the robot has been in operation, OhmniLabs will supply replacement parts and instructions all at no cost to the Buyer. If the failure is not capable of being replaced in the field the buyer will return, covering the return shipping cost, the failed unit to the OhmniLabs for repair. After the repair is completed OhmniLabs will ship, covering the shipping cost, back to the buyer with no service or labor charges.

  • Software problems will be rectified with a software update pushed remotely to the robot.

*Failures not covered include, but not limited to, damage due to misuse or mishandling like driving downstairs, physically riding on the robot, liquid spills, misused or altered power cables, and falls.

Extended Warranty

For additional protection within 30 days of the shipping date of a new Ohmni, you can also purchase an Extended Warranty to cover your robot and included accessories for a total of 3 years from the date of shipment.
